| Girl Power in Chantilly |
| By Lulu Kyriacou from Global Champions Tour
The female of the species was most definitely deadlier than the male in Chantilly today as American Laura Kraut and Cedric headed another all girl 1,2,3. The riders had warmed up earlier in the day with the Prix Amunde, a Table C Speed class. This is where faults are converted to time so if you are very fast it is possible to win even with a fence down. However in this company only being fast and clean over the rails would be good enough. |

| Swiss Timing Superior in Monaco |
| Wording & Photo by Lulu Kyriacou of the Global Champions Tour
In Cannes it was Australia's Edwina Alexander riding the smallest horse who won the main prize but when the Global Champions tour of Monaco began today it was the horse who prefers the smallest arenas who carried away the ribbons to start proceedings. Ireland's Denis Lynch has only been riding Lacroix a matter of weeks but the horse's preference for a tight space is well known after he had three times carried off the British Open title with former rider Robert Whitaker. His time of 50.14 snatched victory from another Irishman Billy Twomey who was riding another ex-Whitaker horse, Tackeray who he has only been riding a week. |
